Photography Expertise You Can Trust
I work with couples who are excited to shape their own day—and honestly? I love that. You know your vision better than anyone, and my job isn't to take over. It's to make sure your day photographs as beautifully as you're imagining it.
Here's how I support you:
Location insight from a photographer's eye - I'll share how different spots photograph throughout the day, what the lighting is like, and any logistics worth knowing (like that gorgeous overlook being a 2-mile hike in your dress!)
Timeline guidance that works for your photos - Want golden hour portraits? We'll need to start by 5pm. Ceremony at sunset? Let's talk about how that affects the rest of your day
Honest, helpful feedback - If something won't photograph well or might be tricky timing-wise, I'll tell you. But ultimately, it's your call
I'm not here to plan every detail or make decisions for you—I trust you to create the day that feels right. My focus is making sure you feel confident, comfortable, and completely yourself in front of my camera, and that your timeline sets us up for stunning photos.

I don’t replace a wedding or elopement planner, but I’m here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way. This includes:
Helping you choose your ceremony location
Creating a photography-friendly timeline
Offering personalized suggestions for elopement activities
Answering any questions that come up
Providing tips and tricks to get the most out of your photos

Wedding photos take forever! That's why I'll send you a curated preview of your favorite moments within one week, so you can start reliving your day and sharing the joy even sooner.

When your images are ready, I'll send you an email with a link to your private, password-protected gallery. You'll see all your photos beautifully displayed, and you can easily share the full gallery with family and friends.

You can download all your high-resolution images directly from your gallery to keep, share, and print as you like! This also applies to any friends and family you choose to share your gallery with.

So you can print your images wherever you’d like!
INTIMATE WEDDINGS + ELOPEMENTS
Starting at $2400 | 4+ hours
Whether you're planning to elope just the two of you or a celebration with your closest people, I offer packages tailored to your day. Starting with half-day coverage and spanning to multi-day celebrations.
COUPLES SESSIONS
$550 | Up to 1 hour
Engagements, anniversaries, or just because. Let's document this season together in a beautiful outdoor location.
Must take place within 60 miles of Madison, WI. Couples sessions cannot be booked for elopements.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For us to be officially, official I simply need:
A set date
General location
Signed contract
$1,000 non-refundable retainer for weddings
$550 for couples sessions, non-refundable and paid in full at booking
The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding date. You're welcome to pay in full anytime, or we can set up a payment plan that works for your timeline.

Image count depends on coverage hours, guest count, and timeline flow. I guarantee a minimum of:
Half-Day: 200+ images (typically 350-400)
Full Day: 400+ images (typically 550-600)
Multi-Day: 600+ images (typically 800-900)
I focus on delivering every meaningful moment rather than hitting a specific number, so you'll often receive more than the minimum.

Your gallery will be delivered within 10 weeks. I'll send over a handful of sneak peeks within 1 week of your wedding so you can start reliving your day while you wait for the full gallery!

Yes! A $1,000 retainer is due at booking, and the remaining balance is due 1 month before your wedding. You can make payments at any time through your client portal, or we can set up a payment plan (2, 3, or 4 installments) that works for your timeline.

Yes! All travel within Wisconsin is included in your package price—no extra fees, no matter where in the state your celebration is.
I'm also currently waiving travel fees for weddings in Aspen, Estes Park, and Moab as I build my portfolio in these locations.
For weddings in other states, travel fees vary based on location. Let's chat about your plans!

About a week before your date, we'll touch base and discuss a backup plan if the forecast looks rough.
I embrace rain, wind, and cooler weather—some of my favorite images happen in imperfect conditions! However, if the weather is severe enough to damage gear or make your day unsafe/miserable, we can adjust your timeline, move to a different location, or reschedule based on my availability.

I work best with intimate celebrations of 50 guests or fewer. This size allows me to capture the kind of connection and storytelling that makes your gallery feel personal rather than just a documentation of a big event. If you're planning something larger, let's chat to make sure I'm the right fit!

I'm a photographer, not a wedding planner, and I think that's actually a good thing! I work with couples who want creative control of their day. What I do offer:
Photography planning guide with tips for maximizing your images
Timeline creation (or I'll collaborate with your planner if you have one)
Location scouting and ceremony spot recommendations
Honest feedback on logistics from a photographer's perspective
Trusted vendor contacts if you need hair/makeup, florists, etc.
You're in the driver's seat! I'm just here to make sure your vision translates beautifully into photos.

Your $1,000 retainer reserves your date and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you'll need to pay a new $1,000 retainer to secure your new date.
I'm happy to work with you on rescheduling if circumstances are truly outside your control—like severe weather, family emergencies, or other unforeseen situations. We'll figure it out together.

If I'm unable to fulfill my obligations due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, I'll immediately notify you and work to find a qualified replacement photographer for your approval.
If a replacement isn't available or you prefer not to work with them, I'll issue a refund based on the percentage of services already completed (for example, if we've already done your engagement session, that work would be deducted from the refund).
Your peace of mind matters! I take my commitment to you seriously and will do everything possible to ensure your day is covered.

I don't photoshop your bodies to appear different than they actually are, but I will remove temporary things like blemishes, bruises and scratches and small distractions in the background.

Yes! I include black and white edits in every gallery. I choose which images to convert based on emotion, lighting, and mood. Not every photo works well in black and white, but when it does, it really elevates the moment. You'll receive a thoughtful mix of color and black and white images that bring out the best in your story.

No. Editing is at least half the magic, and I'll never deliver an unfinished photo. You'll receive every great image from your day, fully edited, high-resolution, and ready to print, share, and cherish for years to come.
