INTIMATE WEDDING + ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES
For couples who want to spend their wedding day actually together, in a Colorado location so stunning it still does not feel real in the photos.
SOMETHING ABOUT THESE MOUNTAINS HAS BEEN CALLING TO YOU.
You are choosing Colorado because something about these mountains has been calling to you. Maybe it is the way Maroon Lake reflects the peaks at sunrise. Maybe it is the idea of standing above treeline with nothing but sky and mountains in every direction. Maybe you just know that the place where you say your vows should feel like the best decision you ever made, not just the most convenient one.
And you actually want to spend the whole day with your partner. Not rushing from one thing to the next, not working a room full of guests, just the two of you in one of the most stunning places on earth with nowhere else to be.
The good news is you do not have to be an experienced hiker to get there. Some of the most jaw dropping spots in Colorado are ones you can reach without breaking a sweat. But figuring out which ones, and how to actually pull this off from out of state, is a whole other thing.
Permits. Parking. Timelines. Marriage licenses. What to wear. Where to stay. Whether your guests can actually get there. A Colorado elopement has more moving pieces than most people expect and you are figuring it out without a roadmap.
That is exactly what my planning resources are for.
YOU KNOW YOU WANT COLORADO, BUT THE LOGISTICS OF ACTUALLY PULLING IT OFF ARE A WHOLE OTHER THING.
That is exactly where I come in.
When you work with me you get a photographer who actually knows these mountains personally, not just from a location scouting trip. Planning resources that answer every logistics question before you even think to ask it. Every image hand edited by me, never outsourced. Colorado travel included in every package.
WHAT YOUโRE ACTUALLY INVESTING IN
A PHOTOGRAPHER INVESTED IN YOUR DAY
I moved back to Colorado because I genuinely love this place, and that love shows up in every single gallery I deliver. I care about how your images look just as much as you do, maybe more. When I say invested, I mean all of it. Not only preserving these precious memories for you and turning them into art, but also fixing your hair when the wind has other ideas, getting a stain out of your dress, cracking a joke when nerves creep in. A great gallery starts with a great day and I take both seriously.
Because when you feel relaxed and taken care of, it shows up in every single image.
THE RESEARCH IS ALREADY DONE
You should not have to spend hours Googling permit requirements, marriage license rules, and elopement locations just to get married in the mountains. Every booking comes with a planning guide that covers everything from where exactly to get married, permits and legalities, what to pack, and what to even do on an elopement day.
You go from completely overwhelmed to completely prepared without having to figure any of it out yourself.
PHOTOS YOU WON'T BELIEVE ARE YOU
Colorado does something to images that flat landscapes simply cannot. The scale, the light, the way a single location transforms everything in the frame, including you. The belly laugh during portraits you had completely forgotten about. The way you looked at each other mid vow when it finally hit you that this was actually happening. Some will make you laugh.
Some will make you cry. All of them will make you say holy shit, that is actually us.
WHAT WOULD YOUR MOST "YOU" ELOPEMENT DAY LOOK LIKE?
Most elopement photographers are selling an adventure. A bucket list moment. A helicopter tour or a ten mile hike to earn the view.
But what if your day looked more like this.
A slow morning. Breakfast in bed. Coffee on the deck of your Airbnb taking in the mountain air. Plenty of time to get ready together, no rushing, blasting your favorite songs. Helping each other into your attire. Finding a completely secluded spot to read your vows, just the two of you, with nobody watching but the mountains.
Golden hour portraits in a place so stunning it still does not feel real in the photos.
Then back to the Airbnb to do what you do best. Takeout. Card games. Something completely stupid on TV.
Your elopement does not need to be the most epic day of your life. It just needs to be the most YOU day of your life.
โI have worked with Maggie on two different occasions and I am SO grateful I found a forever photographer in her!! She is so lovely to work with and has gone above and beyond for us. Not only is her work absolutely beautiful, she is a beautiful person who will put your needs first as she captures whatever life moment you are living. She ended up staying later at our wedding to get some photos my husband and the other guys really wanted despite the long drive she had to get home that night. Anyone would be lucky to have her capture their big day! Thank you, Maggie!!โ
โWe couldnโt be happier having Maggie as our wedding photographer. Our pictures turned out absolutely stunning. She captured every emotion and detail perfectly, literally just as we remembered. She makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I canโt recommend Maggie highly enough to anyone looking for a photographer. Thank you for making our day unforgettable.โ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Not at all. Some couples come to me with a specific spot already locked in their hearts and others have no idea where to start.
-
That is completely okay and honestly more common than you might think. You do not need to have your location picked, your guest count decided, or your vision fully formed before you reach out. All you need is a general sense that you want something intentional, outdoors, and in Colorado.
-
I recommend booking 6-12 months out, especially for summer and fall dates which fill quickest. I only take on a limited number of elopements each year to make sure every couple gets my full attention, so if you have a date in mind do not sit on it. That said if you are planning something spontaneous reach out anyway. If the date is open it is yours.
-
The 50% retainer is non-refundable as it reserves your date and takes it off the market for other couples. It goes toward your total collection investment so you are not paying anything extra. This is standard practice in the photography industry and is outlined clearly in your contract before you sign anything.
-
If you need to reschedule, your original retainer is non-refundable as it held your original date, but it does transfer toward your new date. Securing a new date also requires a $500 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. I know that is not the most fun policy but it protects both of us since your original date goes back on the market and I may have turned away other inquiries for it. All of this is outlined clearly in your contract before you sign anything so there are never any surprises.
-
Absolutely. My primary focus is Colorado but I will travel anywhere. All travel outside of Colorado is subject to travel fees which will be outlined in your custom quote. Reach out and tell me where you are envisioning!
-
I do not have a strict guest limit but my sweet spot is elopements and intimate weddings with 50 guests or fewer. The more you strip away the guest list the more the day becomes about the two of you and honestly that is where the magic is. If you are envisioning a really large traditional wedding I am probably not your photographer, but if you want something small, personal, and set against an incredible Colorado backdrop you are in the right place.
