Okay hear me out.

I am a Colorado engagement photographer through and through. Mountains, golden hour, wide open landscapes. That is my happy place and it probably always will be.

But every once in a while a shoot comes along that makes me fall a little bit in love with something different. This was one of those shoots.

Natural light pouring through the windows. Socks on the hardwood floor. Nowhere to be. Sandy and Julian just existed together in the space and I followed them around with my camera. No permit required, no hiking boots, no chasing the light before it disappears behind a peak.

Just two people, their home, and a whole lot of genuine moments.
