I work with couples who care deeply about how their day feels — and trust that beautiful images will follow.

You care about creating beautiful, meaningful photos—but you also want to actually be in the moment. You want your day (or session) to feel relaxed, effortless, and true to you.

Whether you’re eloping, planning an intimate wedding, or updating your couples portraits, my goal is to capture the real, unfiltered moments alongside the gorgeous, intentional shots you’ll love.

I work with couples who want their day (or session) to feel genuine and relaxed, while still capturing beautiful, meaningful moments.

As a story-driven photographer based in Madison, Wisconsin — and always ready to travel — my favorite days feel intentional and unhurried. Days where you get to actually enjoy the moment, and the photos reflect all the real stuff: the quiet, the joy, the connection.

I’m the photographer for you if…

  • You love the outdoors and breathtaking views.

  • You want a day that feels relaxed and intentional.

  • You’re excited to prioritize beautiful portraits.

  • You want only your closest friends and family - or a true elopement!

  • You want a celebration that feels meaningful, not rushed.

  • You want a photographer that is happy to provide support through the planning process if needed.

Support Beyond the Camera

No matter how much (or how little) you’ve planned so far—whether your date is a year out or just a few weeks away—I’ll meet you right where you’re at with guidance that feels personal and approachable.

Think of me as more than just someone showing up with a camera. I’m here to help you feel at ease—from brainstorming elopement activities, suggesting meaningful ways to spend your day, and sharing ideas for ceremony locations, to building a flexible photo-friendly timeline that keeps the focus on you two.

I’m not here to plan every detail for you, but I’ll be in your corner to answer questions, offer resources, and make the process feel less overwhelming. From our first email to your final gallery, my goal is that you feel supported and never alone in the process—so your celebration stays intentional, stress-free, and true to you.

Why I LOVE Photographing Smaller Weddings & Elopements

When you strip it back to just the people who are most important to you, the emotion is undeniable. Small celebrations let every laugh, hug, and glance carry real weight. There’s room to breathe, to soak in the day, and to be fully present in the moments that matter most.

These intimate weddings and elopements allow your day to unfold naturally. There’s no pressure to entertain a large crowd or keep up with a rigid schedule. Instead, you get to focus on each other, on the people who matter, and on creating memories that feel authentic.

These are the kinds of days that let you be fully present — where your attention isn’t pulled in a hundred directions, and where the emotion you feel is real, not rushed. And those are the moments I want to capture for you. The ones you’ll actually remember, because you were in them — not performing for them.

  • For us to be officially, official I simply need:

    • A set date

    • General location

    • Signed contract

    • $800 non-refundable retainer

The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. You can make payment at any time through your client portal, or wait and pay it on your due date.

  • Your photos will be delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery that I will email to you. This gallery will allow you to easily view and download all of your high-resolution images. You’ll also have full printing rights, so you’re free to print your photos wherever you’d like.

  • You'll receive a handful of sneak peeks within 1 week. For weddings + elopements your final gallery will be delivered within 10 weeks or less, and for couples sessions 6 weeks or less.

This timeframe ensures I have plenty of time to give each individual image all the attention to detail that they deserve - even during my busiest season.

  • This depends on several different factors such as, how many hours you’ve booked me for, how many guests you have, weather, etc. To give an idea, on average, I deliver 50-120 photos for sessions, 200-500 for shorter wedding/elopement days and anywhere from 600-1,000 for full day coverage.

  • Absolutely!! While I don’t book vendors on your behalf, I’m here to help bring your dream day to life. I’ll assist with finding the perfect location or ceremony spot, help create or finalize your timeline, and offer personalized suggestions to make the day feel uniquely you. You can reach out as often as you need—I’m here to make sure you always feel supported and never overwhelmed.

  • I specialize in intimate celebrations and elopements, typically with up to 50 guests. My goal is to capture moments that feel genuine and deeply connected, which is easiest to do when the day is small and personal. Most of my couples choose around 30 guests or fewer, which keeps the focus on the people who matter most and allows the day to feel relaxed, meaningful, and intentional.

If you’re still planning something meaningful but with a slightly larger guest count, reach out! I’m happy to chat and see if we would still be a good fit for each other.

  • I am all about embracing a little bit of rain, wind or cooler days! However, if the weather is so bad that my gear could be damaged or we’d have a terrible time, we can adjust your timeline, move to a different location, or reschedule for a later date - dependent upon my availability.
